At RELIABLE CHARGE, we are committed to delivering dependable and efficient EV charging services to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which customers may be eligible for a refund for transactions made through the Reliable Charge platform or associated applications.
- Eligibility for Refunds : You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Charges : If you were charged for a charging session that did not occur or if a transaction was processed in error.
- Non-Functional Equipment : If the charging station was not operational or failed to deliver electricity despite a successful payment.
- Service Not as Described : If the promised service (such as fast charging) was not available, or the station was out of service at the time of use.
- Refund Request Timeframe : All refund requests must be submitted within 6 months from the date of the original transaction. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
- How to Request a Refund : To initiate a refund request, please contact the Reliable Charge support team via Email – support@reliablecharge.in with the following Details –
- Full name
- Registered Phone No. and Email
- Transaction ID or session reference
- Date and time of transaction
- A detailed explanation of the issue.
- Processing of Refunds
- Once we receive your request, our support team will review the details and determine whether you are eligible for a refund. If approved –
- Refunds will be processed within 9 business days
- Refunds will be credited back to your Reliable Charge wallet.
- Refund Limitations : Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- If the charging session was completed successfully and the equipment was operational throughout.
- If a significant portion of the service was used; in such cases, a partial refund may be granted based on the usage.
- If the issue occurred due to factors beyond our control (e.g., vehicle issues, internet disconnection on user’s device).
- Policy Updates :Reliable Charge reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the revised Last Updated date. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
